eSIM Setup

How to install your eSIM

Once you purchase an eSIM, you'll receive a QR code via email. Scan it with your device's camera or enter the details manually in settings.

Activation Status

Most eSIMs activate automatically once you arrive at your destination. Ensure 'Data Roaming' is enabled for the eSIM line.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed if the eSIM has not been activated or used. Contact support within 30 days for evaluation.

Devices

Is my phone eSIM compatible?

Most modern smartphones (iPhone XS/XR and later, Samsung S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later) are eSIM compatible. Check your device settings for 'Add eSIM'.

Locked vs Unlocked

Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use an international eSIM.

Manual Activation Guide

If you cannot scan the QR code, you can activate manually. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and select 'Enter Details Manually'. Use the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code provided in your purchase email.

Troubleshooting Activation

If your eSIM shows 'Activating' for a long time, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection. Once installed, make sure Data Roaming is turned ON for the eSIM line in your device settings to start using data.
